Macarena F. Santos, a senior associate at the law firm, is a member of the Florida state bar and has been practicing law since 2016.  Her practice areas include removal defense, asylum, VAWA, DACA, complex family-based immigration, and waivers for unlawful presence, crimes, and fraud. She represents individuals before the immigration courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the asylum offices, and the USCIS field offices.  She is a member of the Florida Bar, American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and Florida Association of Women Lawyers. Ms. Santos graduated from the University of Florida and then went on to law school at Nova Southeastern University. Ms. Santos’ interest in immigration law stems from her own family’s experience in immigrating to the US from Chile many years ago. She is passionate about serving immigrants and their families and strives to provide exceptional legal services, communication, and compassion. Ms. Santos is fluent in Spanish.
