Michael Gerstein is a Florida-born attorney recently admitted to the Florida Bar following the July 2024 administration. A graduate of St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law, Michael brings hands-on experience from his time as a law student representative in the school’s immigration clinic, where he successfully argued a case against the Department of Homeland Security. At Gerstein: an immigration law firm, he focuses on family- and humanitarian-based immigration matters, helping clients across the U.S. and globally. With a background in Political Science and Sport Management from Florida State University (cum laude, 2021), Michael aims to merge his interests in immigration and sports law. He is an active member of multiple legal associations and serves on the Board of Directors for the South Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section.
